상위 레벨버스를 통하여 중앙관제장치와 송수신 하며, 중앙관제장치로부터 제어명령(DATA)를 받아 하위 레벨버스를 통하여 경광등 및 BUZZER 릴레이에 데이터를 송수신하고 비상 버튼에서 수집한 DATA를 중앙관제장치로 전송 한다.
